Working Together
Beautiful design should feel exciting, not intimidating. Here's how working together works, and what it costs.
A relaxed 15–30 minute phone or video call. You’ll tell me about your home, what you’re hoping to achieve, and any ideas you’ve been collecting. I’ll explain how I work and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure, no obligation.
I’ll visit your home for a thorough two-hour session. We’ll walk through the spaces together, discuss your lifestyle, your taste, and your ambitions for the project. I’ll take measurements, photographs, and detailed notes. You’ll receive a personalised mood board and initial recommendations.
Based on our consultation, I’ll develop a full design concept: colour palettes, material selections, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and spatial flow. I’ll present this to you with visual boards and, where appropriate, 3D renders so you can see the vision before anything changes.
Once you’ve approved the design, I’ll source every element: furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, artwork. I use my trade accounts to secure the best quality at preferential prices, pass discounts directly to you, and charge a transparent procurement fee. You’ll often save more than my fee costs.
I coordinate with trades, manage deliveries, and oversee installation so the design is executed exactly as envisioned. The project culminates in a full styling session: the finishing layer of art, objects, and details that bring a scheme to life.
I believe in being upfront about cost. Every project is different, but here’s a clear guide to my fees.
All prices are subject to VAT. A detailed, fixed-price proposal is provided before any work begins. No surprises.
Not at all. Some clients come with Pinterest boards and a clear vision. Others just know something isn’t right but can’t articulate what. Both are perfect starting points. Drawing out what you actually want, even when you’re not sure yet, is a core part of what I do.
A single room design usually takes 6–8 weeks from consultation to completion. Multi-room and full-property projects typically run 3–6 months depending on scope and the availability of trades. I’ll give you a realistic timeline during our initial consultation.
I’m based in Croydon and most of my clients are in South London — Purley, Sanderstead, Bromley, and surrounding areas. But I’m happy to take on projects across London and the South East for the right brief.
Absolutely. Not every project needs a blank canvas. I love working with pieces that have meaning, whether that’s a family heirloom, a beloved sofa, or a rug you bought on holiday. Good design integrates what matters to you.
A consultation is a brilliant starting point. Even two hours together can completely reframe how you see your home and give you a clear plan to work through at your own pace. And through my trade accounts, I can often source pieces at 20–40% below retail, which frequently covers more than my design fee.
My signature leans towards rich colour, layered texture, and theatrical warmth, but every project starts with you, not me. If your dream is a serene, light-filled space with subtle accents of colour, I can absolutely deliver that. The through-line is always quality, detail, and a home that feels genuinely personal.
